My project involved serving as the Treasurer for Utah Student Nurses' Association. I enhanced and executed my leadership skills to financially manage a successful organization. In this position, I learned how to optimize my organizational and communication skills, as well as hold fiduciary responsibility for all its members.

        My interests as a decision maker and influencer motivated me towards this position. Based on the experience that I had with this project, I plan to continue and serve in leadership positions for other professional organizations throughout my career. 

        By serving on the Utah Student Nurses's Association Board of Directors, I am differentiating myself form my peers. in showing that I have been an active leader in a professional organization while earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Holding fiduciary responsibility shows that I have a legal and ethical relationship of trust with the assists of other people.
